主要职责 
1. 参与芯片设计的整个生命周期，从需求定义到FPGA仿真验证，从样片调试到量产客户支持。
2. 负责单板和系统方案的芯片应用设计调试，完成芯片在系统级别的验证和交付。
3. 负责系统各种接口的电气和功能性验证，以及系统性能调试验收（包括吞吐率，低功耗设计）。
4. 负责板级各级射频性能调试和优化，参与各种合规测试。
5. 支持软件和测试团队，以及客户支持团队，解决各种疑难问题。
技能、经验要求 
1. 熟悉C，以及至少一种脚本语言（Python, Perl, JS）
2. 熟悉ARM体系架构和其应用程序开发
3. 熟悉模拟电路和数字电路，能够理解和设计电路原理图
4. 掌握数字信号处理原理，通讯基本原理
5. 熟练使用各种仪器设备（示波器，逻辑分析仪，频谱仪，网络分析仪）
5. 良好的英文书写和沟通能力
6. 主动，具有团队精神
以下为加分项
1. 了解FPGA设计流程和Verilog
2. 了解Linux系统环境或者OPENWRT，可以进行驱动和应用程序开发。

教育背景要求 
通信，电子，自动化或计算机科学与技术方向，本科以上学历，硕士优先
