· Ensure GL reconciliation in the system (Blackline) be prepared according required standard and procedures. Conducting regular review on timely base and high quality of the reconciliation must be maintained.

· Establishment, documentation, and maintenance of controls process for all APAC sites and ensure them full alignment with corporate control standard. Work with corporate internal auditors to ensure best control practice is implemented in APAC. Support all sites to close any control gaps and develop required mitigation actions. Conducting regular review to ensure no repeat control issues.

· Work with all APAC sites to ensure all transactions first time recording in the system quality are high (right methods, right account, right cost center, right fields be entered at first time). Ensure accounting entry accuracy first time yield rate be improved continuously for APAC.

· Conducting regular training and review to ensure all APAC sites follow the corporate accounting standard and required local accounting GAAP for local statutory reporting purpose. As regional representative to support corporate for any global accounting standard development. Proactively drive APAC accounting process standardization.

· Ensure workflow for G/L journal entry approval in place and work with requirement departments to proactively develop solutions to reduce the level of manual journal entities in G/L in for APAC entities.

· Drive work efficiency improvement and process design to reduce wastes and improve resource utilization without affecting control.

· Drive improvement and standardization on key business and operation processes and coordinating the SSC process change.

· Perform monthly end balance sheet balance and P&L line fluctuation change review to understand the nature. Develop the process and implement APAC variance analysis capabilities.

· Responsible for the development and documentation of workflows in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (404). Ensure quarterly rep. letter for all APAC finance leader be completed on time. Ensure revenue recognition comply with the GAAP.

· Ensure all accounts and cost centers in BPC World Wide mapping are financial reporting in system are maintained consistently across all APAC sites. Making sure all these mappings are document and updated.

· Ensure SoD in APAC be set correct and be followed. Any changes are update on time. Conducting required Oracle Markview review and approval for both business process changes and transactions understanding.

· Organize credit CoE activities and continuously improve credit related control and process, manage collection risks and ensure timely collection on customer AR.

· Play the role in global project and lead APAC sub-regional teams to fulfill the required project tasks.

· Acting as contact point for corporate Tax and Treasury functions to implement their action, policy and related requirements as they required in APAC. At same time ensure all APAC sites to follow these functions requirements, policy and procedures on time and maintain the work quality.

· Lead to drive the working capital improvement and optimize the cash conversion cycle by improving DSO, DPO and DIO.

· Any other requirements and ad hoc from the business operation.

Key Qualifications:

Education Qualification:

· BA/BS degree in accounting or finance. MBA is a plus.

Technical Competence & Skills:

· Oracle, BPC World Wide, Tableau and Blackline system usage experience are highly preferred.

· Understanding of both US GAAP and International accounting principles.

· Excellent communication skill across all level and a team player.

· Excellent time management skill which can work under pressure and minimum supervision.

· Attention to detail and deliver results on time are a must.

· Require “can do” attitude toward challenges, driving changes and improvements. Leadership Competence: · Ability to influence decision making and get message across all level.

Relevant Experience:

· A Minimum of five years’ work experience in big 4 accounting firm auditor experience and a least five years or more MNC manufactory working experience in financial accounting manager, controller or comparable position are required.

· Working knowledge of cross culture environment.

· Working knowledge of APAC business transactions.

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

· Ability to be travel within and across APAC countries if required.

· Fluent in English (Written, Oral).
