岗位职责：

1. 按照公司的模板注册、编辑及更新候选人的简历；

2. 帮助顾问提交注册新的公司进系统；

3. 管理公司内部系统数据并时时更新候选人的信息；

4. 在顾问不在时接听电话同时记录信息，并给顾问留言以便顾问及时回复；

5. 在行政繁忙或者休假时，帮忙接待候选人和接受快递

岗位要求

1. 能够熟练运用Word、Excel、PPT办公软件；

2. 有一定的英语认读能力；

3. 责任心强，工作细致、稳重、踏实、耐心。
