- 负责公司办公室室内装饰项目的项目协调和管理

- 项目预算控制

- 与客户及物业管理部门之间的沟通协调

- 内部项目文档控制

- 消防、质监部门的沟通协调与报批

- 工地管理与质量控制

职位要求：

- 至少5年以上的相关工作经历, 有机电方面经验者优先

- 近期有办公室室内装饰项目经验者优先

- 熟悉上海本地房地产和物业管理行业

- 优秀的团队领导、管理、和组织能力

- 工作努力认真细致，能在强压下工作

- 具有良好的组织协调和团队协作精神,协助完成团队整体目标

- 中、英文听说读写流利，优秀的沟通技巧

Project Manager

Job Description:

- Project management of corporate office fit-outs

- Budget control

- Communication with and between the client and building management

- Internal project documentation control

- Manage file submission to the Fire Dept. and Quality Bureau management

- Site management and quality control

Requirement:

- At least 5 years working experience, preferable experienced in M&E aspect

- Recent experience on corporate office projects in Shanghai is preferred

- Familiar with Shanghai local real estate processes and building management processes

- Excellent leadership abilities and management/organization skills

- Diligent and can work under pressure and detail oriented

- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration with diverse groups of people

- Excellent spoken/written English & Chinese ability and good communication skills
