Job Description:

• Designs the site’s annual plan (integrated communication plan (internal and external) working with the Management Team
• Advises and/or assist the Management Team and/or site management on communications related to different plant topics (objectives, results, changes, meetings)
• Identifies opportunities, risks, synergies and potential optimizations for the site’s internal and external communication
• Manage different channels such as events/meetings/Internal Website/ Wechat Account, E-mail, etc.
• Designs and implements the communication in different projects (steps, objectives, establishes the target, the schedule).
• Coordinates the deployment of Group, Zone, Country and Entity communications at the site level, adapting the messages to the target audience choosing the appropriate communication tools
• Coordinates the design, production and implementation of the site’s communications linked with support from the Country Communication platform (in particular press relations and internal communication)
• Coordinates and implements part of the local CSR actions
• Organizes internal communication events
• Organizes communication initiatives and exchanges between management and employees (ex: round tables, communication of the annual plan)

Requirements:

• Education: University - Marketing/Public Relation/ Communication/ Human Resources specialization
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PR/Communication or Marketing, with responsibilities in the communication area
• Experience in Industrial/Production environment is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication and editing skills
• Fundamental knowledge of communication tools and challenges
• Content writing skills, ability to understand  the importance of tonality and brand culture
• Ability to adjust the messages for different target audiences from industrial specialists to operators and to deploy them efficiently at all levels
• French or English at advanced level, French is a plus
• Good knowledge of  MS Office, especially Word and Power Point
• Creativity and out of the box thinking;
• Very well organized, willing to spend time creating and editing texts and accuracy in writing and proofing texts
