客户是一家在行业内稳固发展，开办了近二十年的公司，地处美丽的上海徐汇前法租界，更有良好的企业文化和工作氛围。主要业务为英国多家学校的代理。我们除了英国大学的代理外，现在留学培训越来越趋向于低龄化，也有中学部的业务。该岗位主要负责公司的财务预算，审核及管理。福利：五险一金，餐补，差补，商业补充医疗保险，意外险，年度体检，年终奖金，大小节日福利。

薪资范围：年薪税前20-30万。

现招聘财务经理一名，

工作职责：

1.负责财务部的日常管理工作,组织督促部门人员完成本部门职责范围内的各项工作任务;　

2.负责制定公司年度、季度财务收支计划并监督其执行;

3.负责公司的成本管理工作,出具财务预算报告;

4.审核财务报表、税收申报等；

5.监控可能会对公司造成经济损失的重大经济活动,并及时向上级领导报告;

6.完成领导交办的其它工作。

任职要求：

1. 财会专业，大专及以上学历,本科或以上优先考虑。

2. 一定的英语能力。

3. 三年以上财务主管/经理工作经历，教育行业工作经历优先。

4. 具有中级会计师及以上职称。

5. 熟悉国家财经政策和会计、税务法规。

6. 较强的判断和决策、计划和执行能力；良好的沟通协调和领导能力；责任心强、作风严谨。

7.擅于沟通表达，有较好的组织协调能力和团队合作精神。
