Key responsibilities

 

• Assist in C&B standardization in compliance with company policy and statutory requirement.

• Payroll process and reconciliation, including social security and housing fund contribution.

• New employee orientation.

• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding process.

• Employee life cycle management, including but not limited to personal file, staff in and out, probation, promotion, termination, etc.

• HR data maintenance (Excel & System) and various reports deliveries. Submit HR regular reports & follow regularly HR indicators and share with manager.

• Support rollout of HRIS system.

• Support rollout of HR projects including talent development/training program, employee survey, etc.

• Recruiting coordination.

• Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.

• Teambuilding activity coordination.

• Provide a range of administrative support services to ensure an efficient and effective day-to-day running of the office.

• Other tasks assigned.

 

We are looking for

You must thrive in a fast paced, fast changing and dynamic environment and be a true team player with strong analytical abilities and communication skills. The ideal candidate would look like below:

• Bachelor degree, at least 5 years experiences in HR

• Good Microsoft Office skill and strong in Excel.

• Solid C&B experience, good analytical skills

• Detail oriented, passionate & outcome-driven

• Manage multi-tasks while maintaining accuracy of execution

• Excellent bilingual skills

SATS sees tremendous growth opportunities outside of Singapore and the non-aviation fast/casual food service segment has been identified as a fast growing industry in China. Apart from providing services to various Chinese and foreign airlines at the airports in China, SATS has established various joint-ventures, acquired companies and also build our own central kitchens in different parts of China. At the end of 2018, SATS has also established its Greater China Regional Headquarters in Shanghai to better manage the different entities and also chart the strategies for more aggressive growth moving forward.
