POSITION TITLE: KONTOOR BRANDS INC., Senior Finance Analyst — Lee China

LOCATION OF POSITION: Shanghai

REPORTING TO: Finance Manager — Lee Asia

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

The Senior Finance Analyst for Lee China is a critical role to support Lee China’s long term growth. By using finance knowledge and experience, this role is required to deliver the Planning and Forecast work, as well as routine supports to different business functions. This role is also required to have strong data analysis skills, can work independently to make judgment and deliver financial proposals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Include but not limited to

• Facilitate Finance Manager to complete FP&A work, including Annual Plan, Strategic Pian, Monthly Forecast and all the management reports to brand team. These work need be delivered on time with good accuracy. Close communication and alignment with brand team is required when delivering these work;
• Monitor the P&L closely to ensure that business is on the right track. Facilitate Finance Manager to understand the risks and opportunities, and achieve the annual target on Revenue, Margin and Profit;
• Monitor Balance Sheet, focus on the AR and Inventory. Closely follow-up with Sales team and Central Credit Team on the credit management and overdue AR clearance. Closely work with Operation and Sales team to control inventory at low level;
• Proactively communicate and cooperate with different business departments in Kontoor brands. It includes each function in the brand team, e.g. Sales and Marketing, also includes other supporting functions, e.g. Operation and Central Finance team. Ensure the communication is efficient and effective;

？ Participate in keeping financial and other company documents in compliance with company rules and regulations;

？ Manage the profitability of retail stores, track and deliver proposal for store opening, renew or closure;

• Manage brand OPEX budget. Ensure no overspending at total brand level, while arrange the budget by priority. Deliver routine report on A&P, Labor Cost and T&E to track progress;

• Using SAP or BI to design and deliver management reports;
• Handle ad hoc projects or tasks for finance team;

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• 5+ year experience on Finance Planning and Analysis.
• 2+ years’ retail business experience.
• Highly commitment to the business growth and self-motivated
• Fluent English and Mandarin

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor or above on Accounting or Finance related
