【工作职能】

- 向家长介绍课程情况，课程特点及理念；

- 进行课程销售，发展和维护客户关系，力争顾客满意；

- 提高到访率及达成率，最终达成中心年度相关指标；

- 做好顾客信息的收集整理及使用支持学校内外的相关活动；

【任职要求】

- 男女不限，18-35岁，中专以上学历；

- 学前教育、市场营销及销售专业毕业，或从事过早教、幼儿培训机构或者销售行业相关工作1年以上；

- 熟练掌握office办公软件，具备计算机管理能力，有第二外语能力优先考虑；

- 诚实敬业、 富有爱心；

- 有较强的语言表达和人际沟通能力、活动的组织能力及销售能力；

- 形象气质有亲和力，开朗活泼，性格外向；

- 具有良好的团队合作意识和承受压力的耐力；

- 快速学习能力（自我学习能力和向他人学习的能力）

【职位描述】 1、接听咨询电话，介绍中心教学师资及课程； 2、与家长不断沟通，帮助家长及学生更详细的了解服务内容、促成学生在本校学习； 3、完成主管部门安排的其他工作。
