岗位职责

1、协助餐厅店长进行餐厅经营和管理工作；

2、建设并带领餐厅训练团队；

3、辅导餐厅其他管理组的系统执行。

任职资格

1、大专及以上学历，3年以上西餐厅工作经验；

2、餐厅现场人员管理、订货排班、成本控制、设备维护等营运系统管理工作经验；

3、能适应倒班和快节奏的工作；

4、英文顺畅交流，基础酒水知识；

5、良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
