Supervisor: COO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Strategic planning:

1)    Support COO in developing marketing strategy by studying admissions indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; monitoring the competition

2)    Gather industry and customer insights through quantitative and qualitative market research

3)    Plan integrated marketing campaigns with timeline, budgets as well as clear roles and responsibilities within the team

4)    Development tracking and reporting mechanism to measure the effectiveness of the overall campaign and each of its elements

5)    Support COO in overseeing group level branding strategy for and other BUs (e.g. Grow Wellington Academy, Teacher Training BU)

2.     Campaign execution:

1)    Implement the College Visual Identity across all marketing execution

2)    Develop media spot plan and maintain media relations

3)    Website design and maintenance

4)    Social and Digital media

5)    Printed materials and school giveaways

6)    Internal and external events for marketing and admissions

7)    Co-marketing with partner organizations including relocation agencies and chambers of commerce

8)    Engagement with corporate customers

9)    Find ways to better serve existing markets and create marketing campaigns for schools (e.g. Grow TJ)

3.     Digital strategy:

While the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of the integrated marketing campaign, we see digital marketing as forming a key part of the overall campaign. The digital strategy should have a coherent plan and clear measurable for:

1)    PPC and SEO

2)    tracking effectiveness of websites and make regular improvements

3)    social media platforms and strategy

4)    Ad banners and partner sites

4.     Team management:

1)    Support school-based teams on planning for sufficient and appropriate marketing resources

2)    Allocate roles and responsibilities to team members, with clear and measurable objectives and targets

3)    Provide day-to-day support to team members

4)    Performance manage the team members through regular feedback and formal appraisals

5)    Provide training and development for the team

Education: Bachelor's degree or above

Major: Marketing or related 

Language: Native Chinese speaker and fluent in English

Working experience: 

· 10 years and above of relevant experience

· Experience in digital marketing

· Experience in integrated campaign management in MNC

Expertise:

· Strong passion for the education industry

· Knowledge of education industry preferred though not a must

· Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the executive team and Board of Directors, ability to present analysis, proposals and strategies to the leadership

· Strong track record of solving complex problems, strategic thinking and delivering significant impact as a leader

· Personal Integrity, accountability and credibility

· Ability to work under pressure and multiple task
