You will work In Innovation Center Asia, we mainly work on the forward-looking topic, such as the future mobility. The goal of UX team is to craft futuristic experience for China customers. The user researcher is a key to help us identify the insight and turn the insight into a meaningful solution. The user researcher works closely with the ux designer and other people from different disciplinary. As a researcher assistant, you will work closely with our ux researcher and support their daily research activity, such as user recruiting, study preparation, literature review, and so on. It is a fun and meaningful place where you can have the impact on the future mobility solution.

Responsibilities

Research scouting and literature research for future mobility (e.g young generation or emerging mobility)    

Support and assist the user study/workshop/prototype testing preparation and execution

Prepare data collection for further data analysis processing

Qualification

Bachelor student/ graduate or above

Major in the psychology, humanity and social science, business management, or foreign language study is preferred 

Advanced skill of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word 

Attentive to details,  careful and reliable personality, good communication skills, easily adopted to the company culture

Chinese and fluent English Language skills essential; German speaking and understanding would be a plus

Passion about future mobility and automotive industry would be a plus
