工作职责

1.       建立及维护客户关系，保持日常良好沟通，跟踪和执行服务，了解和开发挖掘潜在客户需求；

2.       充分理解客户需求，有效传达给项目团队成员，帮助设计师团队理解项目目标及要求；

3.       独立管理项目进展，撰写执行方案，跟进项目排期、人员安排、成本控制；

4.       严格控制项目流程，迅速跟进客户反馈意见，带领团队完成服务项目的实施，保证交付物符合客户要求；

5.       灵活解决项目中遇到的问题，寻找新的活动相关资源，有效管理好供应商；

6.       拥有良好的沟通技巧，能有效将策略与想法与客户进行传达与沟通；

7.       完成策略和执行方案的撰写，具有独立向客户提案能力；

职位要求

1.       良好的英文听说读写能力。

2.       视觉审美能力出色，对市场趋势具有洞察力，具有创新和学习能力。

3.       2年以上客户服务管理或项目管理经验。

4.       有较强的PPT撰写能力。

5、具有强烈的责任心，良好的团队合作精神，能承担较大的工作压力。
