Job description:

·        Responsible for logistic operations including warehouse, inventory management, order fulfillment, import & export and customs clearance, and other logistics activities

·        Ensure on-time delivery to customer by optimizing delivery plan, production plan and material plan, as well as improving the forecast accuracy of customer demand

·        Develop and deploy inventory improvement initiatives to meet the target of inventory turns and safety stock cost

·        Monthly lead and organize demand & forecast review, supply gap review, capacity plan for internal and external, to support business growth, and track action plan to close gap

·        Continuously deploy and improve lean logistics efficiency to satisfy production requirement

·        Continuously reduce logistics cost by optimizing logistics flow and delivery plan at both supplier and customer side

·        Develop and evaluate supplier delivery performance, and cost down with them

·        Ensure all shipments comply fully with government import export regulations and duties

·        Set up logistics department budget and KPIs, and take actions to fulfill budget and KPIs

·        Motivate and coach subordinates and focus on individual career development

·        Risk management and mitigation management for delivery issues

·        Timely accomplish the assigned logistic initiative by superior

Job Competencies:

·        Bachelor degree or above, majored in Logistics management is preferred

• 10 years in Logistics management position with at least 3 years automotive managing experience
• Result Orientation, Pressure holder, Conscientious, Good communication skills.
• Rich working experience on purchase, schedule, warehouse management, customs clearance and packaging.
• Skillful in SAP or other ERP system，and MS Office software

Other roles and responsibilities

• Familiar with IATF 16949 system
• Fluent in oral and written in English and Mandarin
