About this role:

Ubisoft, a global leader in the videogames and entertainment industry, is currently seeking a full-time Active Game Manager. The Active Game Manager is responsible of the overall product performance. He/she is the Profit & Loss owner, and will work closely with management to manage launch and live operations of mobile games services for the WW and CHINA territory. This individual will be responsible for delivering against a range of key targets including revenues, retention rate and Ltv. This position reports to the Mobile Director.

What you will do:

·         Leverage on coordinate on the different teams (Production, Business, Operation, HQ, and Marketing) to define the features roadmap in order to support vision and deliver against agreed plan and targets.

·         Provide weekly operation report.

·         Drive the production back-log and weekly live operation calendar.

·         Support strategy for driving organic installs (viral and cross-promotion) and improving monetization.

·         Be the advocate for current and future players from a data and competitive perspective

·         Review and support of financial analysis and modeling for ongoing operations.

·         Support marketing team on various localization work.

What you should be equipped with:

·         BA/ BS degree

·         At least 3 years of Product Management or relevant experience in Game industry

·         Project management skills, particularly skilled at managing deliverables from diverse, cross-functional teams

·         Understanding data analysis theory, and able to improve monetization KPIs by analysis

·         Good knowledge of performance metrics, marketing tactics and e-commerce

·         Experience in mobile casual operations preferred

·         Leadership and competency of driving multiple teams
