市场营销专员 (PR)

您将会成为市场营销团队的一员，和这个领域的专家一起完成奥乐齐的品牌公关及营销项目。

The position we are hiring:

Specialist Marketing (PR)

Who do we want:

You will be part of the marketing team, working together with experienced marketing experts on various PR and marketing campaigns and project management.

职位要求：

我们希望您具备什么？

我们希望您在快消、零售行业市场部或公关、广告公司等相关行业拥有至少2年以上的品牌及营销活动经验。

我们也希望您：

1.    拥有丰富品牌公关经验，包括良好的媒体及本地社群关系/资源、地面活动经验及优秀的中英文案撰写能力，并对市场及营销充满热情。

2.    对中国市场有高洞察和敏感度，对社群/社交媒体环境(及其内容)有高敏感度及兴趣。

3.    具备活动/社交媒体战略规划能力。

4.    有参与大型公关活动及整合营销战役的经验。

5.    有项目管理能力及出众的网感。

我们也希望你有非常流利的英文交流能力，能够快速融入由不同国籍员工组成的多元化团队，并着眼于在中国和公司长期成长与发展。 

What we are looking for:

We hope you have at least 2 years marketing and social media experience in FMCG or Retail marketing department or related agency. 

We also hope you have: 

1.    The know-how in PR campaign, and daily PR practice. Possess good media relations and resources, offline activation event experiences and outstanding English and chinese copywriting skill.

2.    Good insight of Chinese market; brilliant sense of social media and knowledge and connections with Shanghai local communities.

3.    Strategic thinking in community and social marketing  

4.    Experience in PR and integrated marketing campaigns

5.    Project managing and leading capability and good social sense. 

We also hope you have excellent English skills and can be open to a western company culture and want to grow professionally with a growing company.
