MISSION

Within a site activity or a site, the Plant IT Business Partner ensures the best use and the best performance of the Information System:
- Ensures the System is accepted by the end users and used appropriately, especially with the relevant data
-  Identify process and IT solution improvements to foster business performance
- Contributes to implement process and associated best practices
- Contributes to implement new IT solutions and/or releases.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
? Operational procedures related to information systems are available and updated. All users are trained, Data is consistent across all applications
? The Key-user network is operational in relation with the User Support Organization attached to the IT entity
? The participation of the Operational Information Manager to studies and projects
? Contribution to operational process improvement: proposal, justification of process and associated IT evolution are submitted
? Coordination of IT solutions implementation actions: changes, training, procedures, instructions, work methods, are defined and applied.

Qualifications

Information Systems Management and related technologies experiences are preferred.

Strong sense and abilities to contribute in continuous improvement/process optimization.

Knowledge and experience in production/plant working environment.

Good communication, coordination, initiatives, customer-focus abilities. Project based work experience is preferred.

Could use English as working language.
