Primary Responsibilities主要职责

    

• Help CDP/Sous Chef in cooking and preparation of all kinds of food products
• 主管/副厨师长工作，准备各种材料
• Working under the direction of the CDP/Sous Chef
• 管/副厨师长的管理下工作
• Keep working areas, cooking utensils, tools and machinery in clean and good condition
• 工作环境，工作工具，厨房用具和器械干净和良好状态
• Ensure that food prepare is in compliance with prescribed specifications
• 食物准备是按照规定的说明完成
• Work quietly and smooth with always clean uniform and don’t use foul language
• 勤快，平稳，着干净制服，不讲脏话
• Always try the food before it gets served to the guests
• 物提供给顾客前要品尝
• Complies with restaurant policies and procedures
• 餐厅规章制度
• Performs any other duties as required by the chef and CDP/sous chef
