职位描述

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
Assist the management in administrative activities of the overall organization so that administrative staff, equipment, supplies, and other resources are used effectively and economically.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Assign and monitor administrative responsibilities and tasks among office staff;
2.Allocation of resources to enable task performance;
3.Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency;
4.Coach and discipline office staff;
5.Design and implement office polices and procedures; ensure the policies and procedures are being adhered to; as well update if any change needed to improve operational efficiency;
6.Administration related annual plan and budget planning;
7.Monitor and maintain office supplies i.e. stationery, water, tea, coffee and etc. to ensure a safe and secure working environment;
8.Plan, organize and implement customer visiting handling and company event;
9.Manage logistic service provide including but not limited to shuttle bus, car pool of management team, canteen, expatriate house rental, meeting room management, and etc.;
10.Implement standards as defined by HSE are maintained as it relates to safety and housekeeping of the office operation;
11.Organize offsite meetings or some outings
12.Receive oversea visitors, take full charge of VIP guests’ visiting agenda, including setting up appointments, ground transportation, hotel booking, etc.
13.Support Shanghai Site GM as Secretary to deal with some logistics things, etc.
14.Other tasks as defined in related company procedure or assigned by the direct supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE:
1.College degree or above, Business Management or English major preferred
2.At least 3 years’ experience related to administration, supervisory experience will be a plus
3.Good command of Microsoft Office
4.Good English both written and oral
5.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
6.Strong sense of responsibility and detail orientated
