Manage Cloud services, for example, compute, storage, MySQL database, network and IT security controls on Cloud platforms (AWS/ Alibaba Cloud)
? Manage IT Infrastructure setup, upgrade, integration, support & maintenance, Monitor IT Network Performance and ensure operational risks are identified and mitigated appropriately. 
? Manage Cloud services, for example, compute, storage, MySQL database, network and IT security controls on Cloud platforms (AWS/ Alibaba Cloud). 
? Ensure high availability and performance of Website services e.g. network, systems, etc. 
? Ensure consistent and stable delivery of cost-effective IT services to internal and external users of our business. 
? Work closely with business unit, IT vendor, internal and Regional IT team to quickly identify root cause and resolve incident/ problem. 
? Escalation of incident/ problem to relevant support individual/ team and stay close to the issue until closure. 
? Responsible for Network Architecture diagrams (Physical & Logical) to be clearly documented and updated. 
? Provide recommendations for cost effective operational improvements to IT Service Delivery.
