工作职责

1. 参与产品的需求讨论，提出改进意见

2. 负责公司产品的测试计划制定、合理安排推进测试工作，确保产品质量

3. 编写高效的测试用例，执行测试用例并发送测试报告

4. 制定并持续改进测试流程，对测试结果进行数据统计分析以指导开发team提升代码质量、优化开发流程

 

任职要求

1. 至少3年测试相关工作经验，本科学历、英语CET-4及以上

2. 有大型WEB系统及手机APP相关的测试经验

3. 精通功能测试、压力测试、性能测试、兼容性测试、安全性测试

4. 熟练掌握测试相关的工具

5. 熟悉Linux操作系统，能使用简单的Linux命令

6. 上进，有责任心，良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神，热爱学习，做事积极主动，能承受工作压力。

7. 有自动化测试相关经验者优先

8. 有外企工作经验者优先

9. 有测试相关证书者优先

Job responsibilities

1. Join product requirement discussion, give suggestion and improvement

2. Prepare test plan, mange test process and assure product quality.

3. Write effective test cases, run test cases, and send out test report

4. Continuously improve the testing process, do data analysis base on test result to improve development process and code quality.

 

Job requirements

1. At least 3 years testing related experience, bachelor's degree, English CET-4 or above

2. Have strong experience of large web application and mobile app.

3. Have solid experience on functional testing, stress testing, performance testing, compatibility testing, security testing

4. Experience of popular testing tools.

5. Familiar with Linux system and can easy use simple command to check log

6. Responsibility, good communication skills and team work. Have interest in new stuffs and learn fast. Can work under pressure.

7. Have automation testing experience is plus

8. Have foreign company work experience is plus

9. Have related certificates is plus
