Responsibility:

1、Recruiting team daily work, including the job posting, CV selection, interview arrangement, etc

2、Prepare offer for the new employees, and communicate with the new employees on his/her on-boarding arrangement

3、Coordinate employees’ performance review (upon end of probation / annually)

4、Perform day-to-day operations of payroll data maintenance and process, ensure timely as well as accurate execution

5、Undertake any other duties assigned by Line Manager

Requirements ：

1、Bachelor  degree or above

2、More than 1 years of working experience in HR field

3、Proficiency in Microsoft Office

4、Good English verbal and written communication skills

5、Team work spirit, good communication and coordination skills
