Job Summary （职位概述）

The role is responsible for providing safe, timely and cost effective repairs to machinery and facilities. This position will be completing scheduled/unscheduled equipment & facilities maintenance and repairs which will support efficient plant operations, minimizes production down time, and ensures that products are manufactured in a safe and cost effective environment.

该岗位负责为机器设备和设施提供安全、及时并经济有效的维修。该岗位将完成计划内/外设备设施维护及修理以便为高效工厂运作提供支持，使生产停工时间最小化，确保产品在一个安全的、成本有效的环境下生产。

Main Responsibilities （主要职责）

? Properly maintain all the blender

车间混合罐维护

?Spare parts control and localization. 控制备品备件库存

?Utility system support 提供辅助系统支持

?Assist facility engineering .

协助公用设备维修

?Daily check and record . 日常检查及记录

?Have a maintenance plan and put it into implement 制定技术维护计划并执行

?Review sop per year

更新SOP

? Safety check and training

安全检查及培训

Measurement - 1. manufacture delay:<50hours/y

2. daily check:> 80%

3. Maintenance plan ratio:=100%

Requirements： （职位要求）

High School Diploma or GED with (5) years of experience or Associates Degree with (2) years experience required

高中毕业证书，5 年工作经验；

?All experience must be in a manufacturing environment in the areas of facility maintenance, machine maintenance and repair, equipment installation, and computerized preventative maintenance , Familiar with cGMP

有制造业背景，有设备维修和安装等方面的经验。熟悉GMP。

?Proficient use of electrical and mechanical hand and tools required

精通电和机械工具的操作。

?Requires ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders and work at heights 10-20 feet above plant floor plus working on the roofs of the various buildings.

能举重50 磅，在离地10 至20 米高空和屋顶作业。

?Electrician certificate required

有电工证。

?Shift work required (1st Shift: 7:00am – 15:30pm, 2nd Shift: 15:00pm -- 23:30pm)

需翻班 (早班：7:00am-15:30pm，中班：15:00pm-23:30pm)
