Job Description:
Transportation team in APAC is part of regional logistics team of Cisco Supply Chain. The function of transportation team is supporting both material and finish goods delivery from different shipping point to destination in order to support company fulfillment and meet company business goal.
职位/部门描述:
亚太区运输团队是思科供应链区域物流部门的一部分。职责在于支持不同发货地的原物料及成品运输，以保证公司产品生产，达成商业目标。
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Manage the day to day shipment volume,
-Supervising 3rd party vendor’s performance on delivery performance, collaborate with each parties, such as shippers and consignees to ensure smooth delivery within agreed SLA
-Address a range of delivery issues that can occur in the logistics segment of the Cisco Supply Chain.
-Creating SOW/Procedures for drayage lanes.
-Investigate root cause for high volume reoccurring cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams for permanently fix
-Review structural concerns and implement solutions
-Create effective reports / metrics / cost savings tracking for performance monitoring
工作职责:
-监管每日出货量；
-监督第三方承运商的运输表现，与承运方和收货方合作，保证货品在服务等级协议（SLA）规定的时效内顺利交付 ；
-解决思科供应链物流部门可能出现的一系列运输及交付问题；
-为各条运输线路建立 SOW/标准化运输流程
-调查重复发生问题的根本原因，并与各职能团队合作进行永久修复；
-审查结构性问题并提供解决方案；
-能根据需求，创建对应的报表/指标，用以监控及提升工作表现
Skills and Experience Requirements：
-Prior Logistics experience in High-Tech Industry and knowledge in complex Customer Service environment is preferred.
-Vendor management experience
-Work independent with strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to Identifies issues and communicates with others when a decision needs to be made.
-Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment.
-Acquire commercial knowledge such as shipping terms and payment terms.
-Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
技能要求：
-有高科技行业物流工作经验者优先考虑，熟悉复杂环境下的客户服务者优先；
-供应商管理经验；
-能独立完成工作，并具有较强的沟通和人际交往能力；
-发现问题并与相应团队合作解决问题的能力；
-能适应快节奏、不断变化的工作环境；
-了解相关的商业知识，如装运条款和付款条款；
-语言要求：英语，粤语及普通话
Educational Background:
-Typically requires BA/BS or equivalent experience plus
-Strong in Ms Excel, Ms Power point.
学历专业:
-本科及以上学历；
-熟练掌握Office Excel及PowerPoint
