PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

主要工作职责：

1.Works with stakeholders to address all aspects of procurement management for designated commodities, including should cost, pricing, supplier management, supply-base strategy, market trends assessment, etc.

2.Understand business needs, request for quotation, negotiate pricing, commercial and supply agreements with suppliers.

3.Should cost analysis, lead quarterly negotiation with suppliers to adhere should cost, achieve cost reduction and cost avoidance

4.Supplier selection, develop and execute a sourcing strategy to meet the Company’s business growth and requirements.

5.Supplier relationship and performance management, incl. supplier scorecard, QBR.

6.Monitor commodity market trends, effectively reflect market dynamic in terms of supply, cost, etc.

7.Collaborate with NPI, Engineering, Quality and Operations to make cross functional decisions.

8.Support for NPI projects

9.Driving Value Engineering actions

10.Business continuity management

11.Manage supply and quality escalations

12.Negotiate and implement VMI or JIT

13.Work with IT to develop and implement digital procurement tool with ERP, MRP for sourcing activities

1.负责分管的原材料采购管理工作，包括但不限于成本分析，价格谈判，供应商管理，采购策略，市场趋势分析。

2.询价，价格谈判及商务条款，采购协议

3.分析材料成本及合理价格，并据此达成合理材料价格

4.根据公司发展需求制定并执行采购策略，选择供应商

5.管理供应商绩效

6.分析材料市场供应及成本趋势

7.协同研发，质量，生成运营等部门支持新产品导入

8.协同管理交货及质量问题

9.协同IT部门通过ERP, MRP等系统实施数字采购策略

REQUIREMENTS

职位要求：

1.MBA with engineering background preferred.

2.The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.

3.Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.

4.A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.

5.Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.

6.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

7.Strong communication and presentation skills.

8.Fluent written and oral English.

9.Good computer skill for Microsoft office(PPT, Excel, Word).
