工作目的



这一角色需要一名经验丰富和高度熟练的行政助理,为MD提供高水平的全面行政和组织支持。


工作会在一个快节奏、充满活力的环境中进行,在这个环境中,优先事件不断变化,要具备能够接受新的挑战性的能力。


我们正在寻找优秀的MD助理,她需要有组织能力、计划和合理安排事件优先,以及具有高度的主观能动性,可以以专业的方式代表MD,与内部和外部相关者及行业专业人士打交道.



主要职责



l 积极主动的日常事物管理,能够处理不断变化的环境下的各种突发事件


l 妥善准备会议,包括安排会议室、客人接送、所需文件及设备


l 根据需要安排MD及客人旅行、住宿、场地预订和处理费用


l 准备MD的财务报表、报告、备忘录、***和其他文件(主要是报销)


l 在需要时为其他部门的会议及社交活动提供相应的支持


l 履行办公室职责,包括订购日常用品和管理并记录数据库资料


l 能够在快节奏、快速变化的环境中按时完成任务


l 积极主动地解决问题,有很强的决策能力。



基本经验与技能



l 具有PA/EA高级领导经验


l 优秀的日常管理技能和经验


l 高级MS办公技能- PowerPoint, Word & Excel


l 专业水平的英语口头和书面沟通技巧


l 管理高度机密材料和问题的经验


l 抗压性强,能够在高强度工作状态下顺利完成任务


l 卓越的组织能力


l 工作态度积极主动,善于提前做好准备


l 具备良好的沟通技巧,能够自信有效地与内部和外部相关者互动


l 表现出友好和积极的态度


l 具有很强的时间观念及处理问题的灵活性。


l 对时事敏感,具有强烈的探索精神。



Job Purpose


This role requires an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide an exceptional level of comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director.
It is imperative to have worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities are constantly shifting and to embrace new and challenging situations.
We are looking for excellent organization, planning and prioritization skills, along with a high degree of initiative and a self-starting attitude.
It is essential to be comfortable engaging with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and industry professionals and to represent the MD in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities


· Pro-active diary management with ability to deal with changing circumstances


· Ensures daily schedules run to time and proactively deals with changes


· Proactively prepares for meetings, including organizing rooms, guests, documents and equipment


· Arranges travel, accommodation, venue bookings and processes expenses when required


· Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoice letters and other documents of the MD (mostly reimbursements only)


· Provide support in organizing departmental meetings and social events when required


· Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database


· Undertake all other reasonable admin duties as needed


· Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment


· A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills



Essential Experience & Skills


· Previous experience of supporting senior leaders at PA/EA level


· Excellent diary management skills and experience


· Advanced MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Word & Excel


· Professional level verbal and written communication skills


· Proven experience of managing highly confidential materials and issues


· Is an efficient multi-tasker and calm under pressure


· Superior organizational skills


· Highly proactive and well-versed in preparing in advance


· Demonstrates excellent communication skills in order to interact confidently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders


· Displays a friendly and positive attitude


· Understands the importance of punctuality and a flexible approach


· Has a strong interest in broadcast media
