Overall job outline:

This role mainly focus on job management, revenue recognition, reporting and internal control etc.

? Responsibility

l  billing process including invoice preparing and accounting entries process

l  monthly revenue recognition per accounting standards

l  prepare revenue related report and forecasting

l  keep account receivable balance and trade working capital  in a reasonable level to meet group’s requirements

l  job accrue revenue and job review each month

l  job related cost review and payment arrangement

l  support on audits, including internal, external, client and regulatory audits

l  routine taxes affairs deal with and maintain good relationship with tax bureau

l  Internal control and management for job management process

l  double check other team member’s work and supervision

l  other tasks assigned by finance leader

 

? Qualification

l  Education: University grade, accounting or financial subject related. Has middle lever finance certificate or above.

l  Experience: more than 5 years of finance working experience in international company. Advertising company working experience is preferred.

l  Knowledge & skill: Strong Excel skills including experience with financial/operational model building; Kingdee, Hyperion Financial Manager and/or Oracle experience preferred;

l  Good communication skills and ability to meet deadline.

l  Responsible, self-starter with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, has team work spirit, has some management skill.

l  fluent in English both in listening, written and speaking
