About the role
Work in China Store Planning team, responsible for the coordination supporting work in New Store Opening, Existing Store Relocation/Renovation/Reinstatement and Store Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
? Give assistance to PM in specific activities in new store opening and existing store relocation/renovation and reinstatement works;
? Collection information from HQ about store design guideline;
? Communication with store in charge about store maintenance works;
? Capable to work closely with all internal departments, as well as external partners.
? Paper work: Modification on store drawings; Submit contracts/documents for Legal review; Manage payment applications;
? Track payments with Finance team, working on Budget vs Cost summary;

Requirements
? Fluent use in Auto CAD
? Strong Microsoft Office skills
? Fluent English in both writing and speaking
? Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Construction
? Related experience in Fashion&Luxury industry will be a plus
