岗位职责:

1. EHR系统前期维护，人员新进、离职、转正、合同续签以及职位等异动 ；

2. 考勤数据核对、汇总；

3. 办理招退工、社保、公积金、外国人就业证、居住证积分；

4. E-learning培训项目跟进；

5. 协助培训工作开展；

6. 协助招聘工作及制作相关报表；

7. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格 ：

1. 人力资源管理或相关专业，专科以上学历；

2. 一年以上人力资源工作经验；

3. 工作态度积极，责任心强，认真、细致；

4. 有较强的亲和力，良好的人际关系处理能力、语言表达能力和沟通能力；

5. 熟练操作相关办公软件。
