工作职责：

1.负责校区的销售工作，熟悉课程顾问岗位的所有工作内容，直接参与日常的销售工作。

2.根据每月的销售计划，收集&分析销售数据，不断提升销售技巧，提高个人销售业绩。

3.按时参加市场部以及校区组织的资源采集活动并积极参与市场推广活动。

二、岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，38岁以下；

  2、具有同类行业3-5年及以上经验；

3、敢于挑战压力，熟悉教育培训行业尤佳

4、普通话标准，吐字清晰，较强的沟通能力和应变能力，能够在客户面前始终保持专业的形象

5、较强的学习能力，积极进取的工作态度

6、熟悉office软件操作

三、薪资提成：

底薪+津贴+高额无上限销售提成，月薪过20K及以上不是梦！

四、工作时间及地点：

工作时间：周三-周日9：00-17:30；周一周二双休

工作地点：宝山校区、闵行校区（就近安排）
