工作职责

• 日常管理
• 用电脑软件实时更新展厅样品存货清单
• 准确跟踪寄送和退回品
• 在展厅内布置样品要一目了然
• 订购包装材料
• 打包清运样品
• 协助不同团队联络快递
• 协助不同团队清关
• 提出改进意见
• 有项目进行时
• 协助到访的媒体，KOL和时尚人士
• 在媒体开放日里里外外帮帮忙

职位要求

• 相关展厅或盘点经验
• 知晓办公室组织流程
• 具有相关办公用品及软件经验
• 注重细节
• 中文表达流畅，英语能听懂
• 懂得为人处事
