Job Summary


The  Field Marketing Manager is in charge of driving demand generation and pipeline building through an innovative mix of marketing programs. The key objective of this role is to plan and execute events and integrated campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation and assist in converting sales opportunities into closed business.


In particular, this role is focused on delivering impactful marketing events and campaigns to our prospects in Greater China. He/she will need to understand the overall business goals and work collaboratively with the broader team (sales and marketing) to successfully plan, coordinate, launch and measure marketing events and programs to meet those goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate the appropriate marketing mix to ensure a healthy pipeline to drive consistent growth
  • Support to develop and execute annual marketing plan in alignment with local, regional and global management, including budgeting and ensuring that the plan meets pipeline and revenue targets
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement pipeline building and acceleration programs based on the business priorities
  • Align with SAP Marketing to tap on potential joint marketing initiatives
  • Manage local/regional agency relationships, ensuring events and marketing programs are executed flawlessly and meet goals to drive maximum pipeline
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing operations team for lead management and generate regular reports to review
  • Oversee the development of marketing collaterals for Greater China
  • programs on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Support and leverage digital campaigns and social programs running in Greater China
  • Occasional travel is required



Education, Experience & Training Required:

  • University degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 6-8 years marketing experience in B2B industry in Greater China
  • Experience developing and executing successful demand generation programs to drive pipeline and generate revenue
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Marketo) and campaign tracking tools is preferable

  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a broad variety of tasks, sound experiences of project management
