1、负责公司年度人力成本预算，制订公司薪资福利政策和计划，管理、监控公司人力成本；

2、国家及地方政府颁订的各项薪资指导政策及相关资讯的收集与分析，以及同业薪资福利政策制度的调查与分析；

3、审核各分公司销售提成及绩效考核数据，对各销售部门提出的销售提成修订方案进行测算及初步审核，提报上级领导合理性建议；

4、对各分公司人力资源人员进行薪酬方面的工作协助、指导与绩效考评；

6、负责五险一金的管理，根据每月人员异动情况，进行社会保险和住房公积金人员增减操作及申报以及年度基数调整；

7、各部门薪资制度的审核、公司各类表单的完善（包括离职赔偿等的核定）；

任职资格：

1、人力资源管理及相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2、3年以上相关工作经验，2年以上薪酬模块独立工作经历；

3、熟练使用Excel 、进行函数、vlookup操作；熟悉上海社保公积金的政策以及劳动法相关知识；熟悉国家劳动人事政策法规及与薪酬相关的法律法规；

4、具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力。
