ROLE:
Responsible for EP tolling manufactured finished goods planning / scheduling and inventory control to meet the business requirement
Take charge of EP import Stock-Trasfer-Order release and tracking
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage inventory in China tolling warehouse in accordance to the guidelines and parameters to build a healthy stock structure.
Release import stock transfer order for EP business and tracking the progress to ensure on-time arrival of the orders
Monthly arrange SOP with sales team to align business target and production plan for tolling business.
Attend monthly NWSM meeting with sales team, work with commercial team to reduce NWSM level
Timely follow-up the actual demand, provide quick reaction on planning adjust to secure the order fulfillment; prepare by-weekly report for the tolling performance monitoring and key issues highlight
Alert any potential shortage to commercial and CX team for further action plan, support allocation if needed.
Release PO for RMs with internal & external vendors, follow-up the delivery schedule
Coordinate related function to resolve any issues like invoice, pricing, packaging, wrong-shipping, etc.
Support product manager for quarterly stock policy, safety stock, MPQ update
Support new product MA, support new material purchase and follow up with technology team on MA trial arrangement.
Maintain finished goods master data in SAP (MRP1, MRP2, etc) to generate correct Purchase request
Other tasks to support EP tolling and import business to success

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):
1. Education：
Bachelor degree or above
2. Experience：
At least 2-3 years supply chain experiences in multinational companies, such as production planning, inventory control, logistics management, etc
Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred
