· Deep understanding of each product specification, commercial and technical info.

· Generate detailed product release information for use by sales staff and customers.

· Support Product Development and related analysis on: COST, Profitability and Volume forecast’s.

· Fine tune product development via consultations with key accounts and sales staff.

· Determine if product development becomes a proprietary range, indent or custom manufactured.

· Support implementation of Corporate Program’s and initiatives.

2) MARKET PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT 市场规划和发展

· Support the implementation of national sales, marketing and business strategies for SF Products.

支持SF产品的全国销售，营销和业务战略的实施 

· Conduct competitor and research / market intelligence.

开展竞争对手和市场情报的研究

· Initiate marketing events / activities to promote product branding and acceptance.

启动营销活动，以促进产品品牌和接受

· Organize marketing / sales support through product brochures, demo, samples etc. 

通过产品手册，演示，样品等组织营销/销售支持

· Conduct market / product research.

开展市场/产品研究

· Planning national inventory and logistical management for each target region.

· Undertake market forecasting and trend analysis for marketing and production purposes.

3) ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTION 广告和促销

· Coordinates advertisements, trade-shows, conferences, seminars, mail-outs, electronic Newsletters and samples distribution to enhance the image of REHAU and products.

协调广告，贸易展览，会议，研讨会，邮寄，电子通讯和样品分发，以提升REHAU和产品的形象

· Conduct training programs for sales office staff and customers relating to general product knowledge, product systems and marketing issues.

4) STOCK ANALYSIS AND COORDINATION OF PROPRIETARY PRODUCT RANGES 分析和协调各个产品种类的库存

· Range analysis. 

范围分析

· Assess national stock levels through inventory reports. 

通过库存报告评估区域库存水平

· Assess industry forecasts and communicate to Sales Management and relevant marketing personnel in China.

职位要求：

1) EDUCATION 教育

· Relevant education in industry design or forestry wood.

工业设计或林业木材的相关专业

· Designer or Engineering degree preferred.

设计岗位或工程学位优先

· Bachelor degree above, Master preferred.

本科以上学历，硕士优先

 2)  EXPERIENCE 经验

· 2 - 5 year experience in product management within a mid to large size B2B firm, preferably with an industrial MNC or furniture relate industry.

2-5年的中大型B2B公司产品管理经验，工业跨国公司或家具相关行业优先

· Rich marketing /or sales experience.

丰富的营销/销售经验

· Have some knowledge in furniture technical.

掌握一些家具技术知识

· Prior design /or technology experience in furniture.

3)  SKILLS 技能

· Strong strategic planning, analytical and presentation skills to formulate marketing and business proposals.
