岗位职责：

1. 负责Amazon品牌店铺内部全盘管理工作，主要涉及亚马逊账户操作及管理，产品上传与推广，图文解析优化，数据维护与更新；

2. 针对不同的类目产品，制定推广策略，排列推广方案，懂得精品操作模式，对listing优化负责，计算广告费用比，懂得相应的品类引流方式优化排名；

3. 熟悉平台规则，有预判性，不断针对平台政策的调整，改变公司的相应产品运营策略，跟进平台销售方案的改进；

4. 平台邮件的跟踪处理，处理客诉问题，针对平台的独特性，有分析平台客诉经验的能力，并形成自己的相关客诉处理方案和策略；

5. 产品市场预估，了解国内物流.海运.国外物流三方的物流体系和规则，有销售利润审核和产品市场销售预判能力，保证公司产品的市场销售周期的合理性和稳定性；

6. 负责团队的培训，优化店铺服务，提升用户好评率；

7. 负责团队运作绩效考核的拟定和执行，同时配合团队制定个人发展目标，持续成长，勇于担当。

岗位要求：

1. 2年以上Amazon电商平台铺运营管理经验，有运营成功案例者优先；

2. 熟悉平台日常基础运营；

3. 良好的沟通能力.跨部门协调能力.具备较强的业务谈判能力；

4. 年龄28岁以下，国际贸易或英语相关专业毕业，大专及以上学历；

5. 英语cet-4（含）以上，具备较强的英语写作及口语能力和国外客户无障碍沟通

6. 优秀的心理素质和抗压能力，自信，开朗，乐观，能适应快节奏高效率的工作环境；有能力，可以发展为合伙人。
