职位描述
岗位职责：
1、开拓和维护客户，保证良好的业绩和服务口碑；
2、分析对外对内沟通问题所在，提供改进方案和措施，提高客户满意度，增加客户渗透力；
3、负责活动的提案、报价、合同制定；
4、对客户及活动的收款进度负责，争取活动利润的***化；
5、负责活动进行进度跟进，信息反馈、质量监督和指导；
6、负责各类报表和活动报告的及时优质完成、交达客户及详细阐述；
7、和客户方良好沟通，提高销售业绩和维护公司的行业口碑。
任职要求：
1、需有5年以上线下活动服务工作经验，熟悉线下营销行业运作流程，具有服务世界500强客户经验（服务过手机品牌有限入取）；
2、需具有良好的客户关系和行业口碑，有完成业绩和优质服务的信心和能力；
3、具有良好的活动提案和报价的能力，有优秀的方案阐述和说服客户的能力；
4、熟悉EVENT等常规线下项目全局和客户整体的掌控力；
5、有强大的责任心，能承受较大的工作压力；
6、熟练使用各office 办公软件，Excel（数据透视、Vlookup等），PPT等。
