• Based on sales record and forecast to set MTS, MTO & other material divisions.
• Work proactively with other functions, sales and operations, to improve FCST accuracy.
• Identify variances based upon historical performance and expected future activities of SKUs, and planning inventory needs for future demand if necessary.
• Set FCST target and regular monitor FCST accuracy performance and take necessary to improve the performance.
• Optimize inventory control procedures as a gate keeper.
• Review and adjust MTS materials list, monitor safety stock level regularly.
• Monitor both company’s/3rd party’s warehouses and consignment stocks and work with operations to avoid insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Report stocks level of each warehouse regularly-  weekly, monthly, and quarterly, optimize stock structure.
• Analysis stocks data and identify slow moving SKUs.
• Work with related functions to track and remove slow moving stocks.
• Responsible for the balance of the demand and supply by monitoring the supply-demand table.
• Report supply issues and contingencies weekly.
• Forecast stock trends, control write off materials budget.
• Set or develop analysis tools, support business growth.
