Responsibilities: / 工作职责

1. Manage contractors based on contract, design drawings.

根据合同及图纸管理施工单位

2. Supervise and control construction quality, schedule.

监督和控制施工质量、进度和安全

3. Review and supervise the construction plan and report from contractor

审核和监督施工单位提交的施工方案和报告

4. Communicate effectively with the client, contractors and other disciplinary engineer

与业主、分包及本单位内部其他专业进行有效沟通和协调

5. Responsible for change order management on site

现场变更工作量的管理

6. Support the project safety program by assisting the project team to enforce safety requirements

Qualification: / 职位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above with CSA engineering or relevant engineering disciplines

本科以上土建或相关工程专业背景

2. Above 5-year work experiences, preferably with experiences in foreign engineering company

 5年以上工作经验，有外资工程公司工作经验及大项目经验者优先

3. Experiencing in CSA construction management for industrial projects

有工业项目土建施工管理经验

4. Good communication skill and a good team player

良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力

5. Must be able to perform well under pressure
