ERP Customized develop Project Management

1. Closely work with both of external and internal team to technology developon Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012R3 to meet requirements from business department.

2. Response for the various system interface development between ERP andthird-party system, such as EDI, BPM, OMS, Salesforce CRM etc.

3. Response for customized program deployment publish and version manage,including Code merge experience.

4. Prepare development designing, testing, debug, documents writing.

5. Change request tickets closed 90% by month-end closing

6. Projects acceptance finished satisfaction 90%

ER Technology Support

7. Response for Dynamics AX ERP system Daily Technology Support andoptimization, as well as daily user support.

8. AX ERP System bug debug and fixed .

9. Month-end closing support and tickets follow up.

Leadership and others

10.Follow the trayton leadership tools, including but not limited to weeklyplan, MWB, annual essay, scorecard, KPI and so on.

11.Follow all the trayton leadership behaviors, like see the big picture, seek advice, goodimplementation and so on;

12.Take fully charge of any task arranged by line manager, which may notlisted in the above;

13.Follow Trayton culture and create the good culture within our without your department,to influence others, and be an embassy of Trayton culture.

Experience/Education Required:

1. Collegedegree or above, major in information technology.

2. Ableto implement Best Practice experience on AX Development X++ technology. Perfectwith AX Develop certification.

3. Proventrack record of 5+ years of solid hands-on AX ERP development experience inprogram （X++） design &delivery preferably.

4. Be familiarwith AX 2012R2 ERP function, be good at Finance and Product control function isperfect.

5. Aquick learner and problem solver.

6. CET-6level English, English reading skill are must.

7. VB orDelphi and PHP or .NET/Java technology skills are perfect.
