外贸业务员岗位职责：

1， 目标市场客户开发与维护，达成销售业绩目标；

2， 目标市场的市场调查、客户和竞争对手的信息收集、分析、总结；

3， 目标市场客户的开发、梳理，深入拓展销售渠道；

4， 客户档案的简历和整理、定期提交销售总结报告；

5， 贯彻实施公司的整体销售计划和策略、配合上级共同打造品牌长久竞争力；

6， 处理客户咨询、相关问题的同时，努力挖掘销售潜力；

7， 不断学习公司产品和竞争对手先关知识；

具体要求：

1， 为人诚实、正直、务实，做事踏实、稳重，亲和力好、善于与人沟通；

2， 学习能力强，乐于接受新鲜事物，对新事物有一定的敏感度；

3， 工作经验要求：具有一定的外贸业务经验，熟悉外贸流程，

4， 专业背景及语言能力要求：
4.1 学历——本科及以上学历，
4.2 英语要求：能够轻松与海外客户进行良好沟通（英语读,写,听,说,能力均要求良好）

英 语 专 业——专业英语八级,
机械,贸易相关专业——大学英语六级，
5， 团队协作能力强，有理想,不好高骛远。

6， 工作认真负责，日清日理；
7， 对客户需求、上级指示有充分的理解力、判断力、执行力。
