Job Description:

Build concept in automation according to specification from customer

Provide technical support to sale in estimation of cost & lead time for new development project.

Design jigs, fixture, tooling independently according to request from customer

Lead and coordinate design team members in development of new equipment

Support junior designer in detail design.

Training user and new employees,

Provide business support to the colleagues.

Be responsible for the site installation & commissioning in engineering project.

Shoot problems in manufacturing and assembly at workshop.

Analyse capability of jigs, fixture, tooling, equipment.

Qualification request:

Bachelor degree major in automation or related.

More than 8 years working experience in mechanical design.

Being familiar with Pro/E and AutoCAD

Have basic knowledge of FMEA, CPK, GR&R.

Self-motivated & be able to work independently

Good command of oral & written English

Good team work & communication skill.
