Position Accountabilities:

  

Zeeco is an International Leader in Industrial Combustion Technology, primarily serving the Petroleum, Chemical, and Power Generation Industries Worldwide. We provide flare system, thermal oxidizer system, air heater system, Vapor Recovery Unit and process burners to our customers. This position is accountable for related project sales support, detail design, control system design and commissioning/start-up support.

Responsibilities:

  

1.     Review customer specifications for proposals and prepare exception and clarification list, provide support during customer clarifications and negotiations.

2.     Responsible for Electrical and Instrumentation design, procurement support and necessary site construction and commission guide.

3.     Instrumentation and electrical components primary cost collection and technical communication.

4.     Ensure the design is in accordance with related Code and matches Custom Requirements, resulting in higher customer satisfaction and cost savings for company (minimize rework and increase efficiency).

5.     Cooperate actively with clients, design institute as well as all project participants.

6.     Support and coordinate with other disciplines and departments.

7.     Control system design and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)

8.     Coordinate with US engineers for local and global projects execution.

Requirements: 

  

1.      Bachelor degree with major in Instrumentation mandatory - Master degree is preferred.

2.      Must be capable of working in a team environment.

3.      Experience for coordination with other disciplines, familiar with the scope of work split with relevant disciplines and GB standard.

4.     Fluent written English and verbal communication skills mandatory.

5.     More than 5-year experience in instrument and control system design for Petro-chemical unit. 

6.     PLC/DCS programming is preferred.
