Job Responsibilities

? Provide technical resolution and strategy direction for QA team based on Devops industry's best practices

? Work with team to create and improve for new/existing automation framework

? Align with Dev team and work out advanced automation solution for new technical stack  

? Help to mentor and influence automation resource and build technical environment in QA team

Job Opportunities

? Work on various trading platform for Global Spread Products

? Build the experience of working in global development teams

? Get the chance to know whole business flow for Global Spread Products

Education

? Have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE, Mathematics or related majors

? With Financial knowledge or background is a plus

Required Technical Skills

? 5+ years of strong programing and design experience, including Java or Python

? Must be familiar with relational database system and know about NoSQL is a plus

? Strong knowledge on both Frond-end and back-end Web technologies, like JavaScript, CSS, HTML5…

? Rich experience for automation framework design

? Must be familiar with CI, CD and DevOps concept, know how to use Git, Maven, Jenkins…

? Rich experience on automation for varied domains, including Web UI automation(Selenium), and API automation

? Experience on performance test is a plus

? Knowledge on Kafka, Flink, or Spark is a plus

? Basic concept on Container, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes is a plus

Required Non-Technical Skills

? Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill

? Proficient in both spoken and written English

? Work under pressure, manage conflicts and challenges.

? Must demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving skills

? Good team player and highly self-motivated

? Have a fundamental understanding of the workings of financial institutions, specifically investment banks is a plus
