？ Management and control of product configuration and BOM data base /管理和控制产品配置及BOM数据库
？ Management and control of SAIFEI PDM systems and related linked systems /管理和控制赛飞PDM系统及其关联系统
？ Establish integrated and lean product configuration communication flow /建立集成和精益的产品配置通信流程
？ Responsible for the technical leadership in process control / 负责领导工艺控制方面的技术
？ Coordinates the departmental resource to ensure on time results / 整合部门间资源以确保按时达成目标
？ Develops solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation / 运用独特性与创新性的特质，开展应对复杂问题的解决方法
？ Achieves effectively the interfacing with internal personnel customer and vendors on manufacturing techniques, tool component selection, assembly, troubleshooting and final documentation / 与内部人员及供应商在制造技术，工具部件选择，装配，检修以及文件最终的成文方面进行有效沟通
？ Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems / 协调技术开发，制定日程，以及解决工程设计与检测相关问题的活动

？ Review, analyze and provide disposition for non-conformant material and product identified as MRB candidate / 对于标识为MRB候选的不合格材料及产品进行审阅，分析并提供处置意见
？ Ensure MRB dispositions are clear, concise, meet type design and do not put at risk overall product quality standards / 确保MRB的处置意见是清晰简明符合型号设计的并且不会对整体产品的质量标准有任何风险
？ Research information on safety, materials, processes and parts in order to provide appropriate dispositions / 研究相关于安全，材料，工艺及零件方面的信息以提供合理的处置意见
？ If applicable, Define and implement rework processes for non-conformant product / 若适用，对于不合格产品定义并实施返工流程
？ Define and maintain documentation and KPI’s to monitor the correct application and performance of the MRB and SMAPS processes / 定义并维护文件及KPI以正确的指导应用MRB及SMAPS流程
？ Focal for MRB process audits / MRB流程审计的负责人

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / 本职位所要求的技能及经历:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial / Manufacturing / Electrical / Mechanical, / Aerospace), or equivalent engineering degree / 工程学学士学位（工业 / 制造 / 电气 / 机械 / 航空），或工程专业同等学位。

Up to 5 years of experience in an engineering classification / 多达五年的工程类工作经验
？ 2 years Aerospace or Manufacturing Engineering Industry (EWIS Design and manufacturing preferred) / 两年的航空或制造工程工业的经验（EWIS设计及制造优先）
？ Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing principles and technologies / 工程及制造原则及技术的知识
？ Familiar with ISO Quality System and AS9100 / 了解ISO质量系统和AS9100标准
？ Good understanding of the impact non-conformances on FAL and Aircraft / 对于不合格品在总装机飞机上的影响有很好的理解
？ Experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis), 8D’s, etc. / 有根本原因分析及8D报告等的经验
？ Fluent in English (Written and verbal) required / 流利的英语口语与书写能力。
