As CPM manager, you will lead the CPM team to manage customer design win projects from early assessment toward mass production. You will be the default go-to person for all customer designs, internally and externally.

  

 

  

CPM manager’s responsibility includes but not limit to:

  

1. Overall manage customer designs and customer projects throughout the design life cycle. 2. Oversee and track all customer projects milestone, hardware/software revisions, customer issues 3. Facilitate CPMs and coordinate internal/external engineering resource to ensure customer production win 4. Proactively drive or support CPMs to drive project progress towards production win. 5. Maintain & report all projects status and give heads-up for outstanding blocking issues to CE management clearly

  

 

  

Qualifications:

  

1.  8+ years of project management experience

  

2. Strong customer communication skill and rich experience to interact with customers 3. Must be highly efficient, highly self-motivated, object oriented, open minded, multi-tasking and be able to lead the task force under customer pressure. 4. Be honest, and speak out for any risk and alert management whenever proper

  

 

  

Additional qualifications:

  

Technical knowledge on hardware/software/RF/communication tech will be a strong plus

  

 

  

 

  

CPM Manager (客户项目总监)

  

CPM Manager 将领导CPM团队从早期评估到量产全过程总体管控客户项目。你会成为公司内部及外部与客户项目相关的焦点人物。

  

 

  

CPM manager的职责包括（不限于）：

  

1. 全生命周期总体管控客户设计及客户项目

2. 全面跟踪客户项目路标，软硬件版本和客户问题的解决

3. 对团队中CPM负责的及直接负责的项目资源总体协调，包括内外部技术工程力量，来确保客户项目量产

4. 自我驱动并能驱动整个CPM团队来推进项目高效进展

5. 维护项目状态，向管理层汇报，并在碰到或有可能碰到风险时及时提请CE管理层关注

          

 

  

任职要求：

  

1. 8年以上项目管理经验

2. 丰富的客户交互经验和出色的客户沟通技巧

3. 高效、自我驱动、目标至上、思路开放、多任务能力，并能在压力下领导并激励团队及虚拟团队

4. 为人正直，并在观察到风险时能直言推动或提醒

5. 如果在软件、硬件、RF或通信领域有一定专业知识或过往具体经验会对此职位的工作带来极大帮助
