Introduction:

In TMO, we practice consultative selling techniques which require both in-depth understanding of complex industry knowledge with our service solution and an ability to gain a clear understanding of what individual clients require. During the internship, the role would involve industry eCommerce Research and contributing to Reports & Guides to gaining overall company knowledge for business development & content creation.

Internship activities:

· Undertaking research eCommerce in different countries & markets for our Localization Guide series

· Translating these Localization Guides from English to Chinese, including adapting them for Chinese tastes and expectations

· Setting operating standards in maintaining guides in a modular way for Quarterly updates

· Develop Visuals and Strategic frameworks in summarizing Industry & Market information

· Writing industry white papers on industry topics & trends

· Focus on creating diverse and engaging content for weekly industry eCommerce insights

· Develop Marketing material on eCommerce topics to be used in Reports, Presentation and Blog posts

· Promoting the content via different channels such as link-building, Social media and Online Q&A

Requirements:

· Strong verbal English skills

· Adept at working as part of a proactive team

· Experience on writing paper, thesis and reports

· Clear & logic reasoning on classification of primary and secondary information sources

· Excellent skills in searching information on Baidu & Google

· Excellent Chinese business writing skills

· Experience working with MacOS and Pages

职位介绍:

在实习期间，该职位将主要聚焦电子商务领域的数据、文献搜索与研究，并负责相关内容的“英译中”工作。最后，还需辅助执行一些内容营销以及数字营销工作。

工作职责:

· 针对不同国家与市场展开电子商务研究，为各国“电商市场本地化指南”提供文献资料与数据支持

· 将文献资料以及“电商市场本地化指南”翻译从英文翻译成中文，且符合中国读者的阅读语境与表达习惯

· 负责“电商市场本地化指南”系列进行季度性的维护，编辑与更新

· 依据行业主题与趋势，协助撰写行业白皮书与洞察报告

· 依据电商研究成果，每周围绕电子商务主题创造多样化的选题，并协助撰写引人入胜的专业内容

· 以电子商务为主题，协助撰写相关营销材料，包括但不限于市场报告，PPT与官网博客

· 协助数字营销活动，诸如社交媒体发布、在线问答与外链建设等。

能力要求:

· 优秀的英语口语与团队沟通力

· 拥有撰写论文或市场报告等专业经验

· 优秀的信息、资源与文献的搜索与收集能力

· 善于通过Google等搜索引擎获取信息，且需具备较强的数据整合与分析技能

· 较强的商务类中文内容撰写技能

· 具备MacOS与Pages的使用与编辑经验
