职责描述：

1、根据公司战略，制订公司加盟政策及发展策略，负责加盟店的招募、评估、谈判、监督及管理；

2、策划组织、实施评估相关加盟活动，培训加盟业务团队知识与技能；

3、指导加盟店店铺选址，考察和评估备选店铺的，确保开店质量；

4、跟进装修事宜、人员及货品配备、培训支持等进程；

5、监督和指引加盟店日常门店运营，提升加盟店营运能力，以提升整体业绩 ；

6、定期与加盟店沟通，帮助加盟店解决相关问题，与加盟店保持良好的商情关系；

7、处理加盟店投诉，维护加盟终端网点品牌形象及服务口牌；

8、负责本部门日常管理工作，指导和完善部门管理制度，规范业务流程，完善各项商务手续，规避企业经营风险；

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；

2、3-5年大中型连锁企业工作经验，其中加盟管理经验不低于2年；

3、熟悉加盟运作体系，了解连锁管理、加盟业务推广；

4、具有良好的商务洽谈技巧与能力、良好的职业操守，较强的市场意识和客户开发能力。

It is welcomed by millions of consumers for its stores are ahead of warehouses, purchasing from the fruit-producing countries/regions and wholesaling from at least 1 boxed product are .

After 5 years, Wellfruit has been a famous warehousing & chain enterprise of new retail model in fruit industry. It has several dozen direct-sale and franchised stores and a nearly 10,000m2 warehousing and sorting centre. The annual output value is nearly 1 billion RMB.
