Job Description：

 1. Coordinating daily drafting/filing problem between Sales/Marketing and WNS CAPs.  

 2. Uploading service contract to Federal Maritime Commission through service contract filing system. 

 3. TRI(Tariff rate Item)/TAA(Tariff Applying Activity) Double check and publish TRI for all rates where to/from US states and territories and create TAA for Japan TPE/TPW marketing. 

 4. Act as Immediate Escalation Point to solve the service contract terms and FMC legal question between ON-shore office and WNS CAPs. 

 5. Service contract data audit. 

 6. Back up US NA CAP teammate and WNS CAPs wherever necessary.
