Key Responsibilities：(including but not limited to)

· Salesforce Administrator and project manager for service cloud, marketing cloud and related salesforce apps and connected POS, ERP systems.

· Project management of Space’s future salesforce features, Apps & Wechat Mini-programs. Apps will be using Heroku platform backend or custom backend.

· Use Agile project management to deliver products.

· Act as Scrum master.

· Author relevant project technical documents including project requirements, UX design, Milestone deliverables, engineering, technical marketing, QA testing and all other technology dept related documents required to execute projects.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as marketing, studio operations, music, and teaching to gather product requirements.

· Lead a team of engineers, testers, and designers to develop world-class products.

· Communicate with leaders regarding technology team strategy and progress towards launches.

· Manage relationship with software vendors.

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree or above in computer science, engineering or related field, at least 3 years sales team development experience.

· Hands-on / project experience with Salesforce as a consultant, project manager or administrator.

· Certification in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Salesforce Development (highly desirable). Relevant trail head badges will be beneficial.

· Specific product-based experience or knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud (highly desirable)。
